Selling a home can be an emotional process. There are a lot of moving parts and it’s important that you work with an agent who will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, in order to see the results you wish to see. This is why communication is one of the most important pillars I base my business on.
In our initial meetings we will meet at your home and discuss your expectations and what we need to do, as a team, to get your home ready for market. As soon as I leave your home, I start working on looking at the neighborhood, nearby homes that recently sold similar to yours, and dive deep into the data so we can find the right price to list your home at. This is called a Comparative Market Analysis.
Once we establish a price, get staging done (if needed), get some curb appeal accomplished, and have professional photos taken, now we are ready to get it on the market! On top of your home being on
familiar websites, I also strategize through other marketing tools that way your home is getting as much exposure as possible.
So think you’re ready to make a move? Let’s chat! I’d love to have myself and my team represent you in your home-selling journey.
Why work with me?
I became a licensed realtor in the state of Washington February 2nd, 2021.
I am a full time realtor. My clients can count on me to answer and be available on the weekends. On the chance I am out of town, not only are they the first ones to know but also will ensure they will still get my customer service through a trusted teammate. Business happens on the weekends and my clients can count on that from me.
I stay up to date with the latest marketing trends as well as strategizing and brainstorming to see how I can market in an effective way that others are not doing yet. Thinking outside of the box to get your home more exposure is key. This will entail analytical internet + social media marketing, email and text message marketing, direct mail, and open houses if client wishes to have those.
You will be working with me directly and I am backed by a great broker and team for any assistance when needed.
It's important to interview your agent and decide who you want to market your listing, represent your best interest, and ultimately get your home sold for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.

Grateful to have had Taylor as my Realtor! Living out of state I needed someone I could trust, and she excelled in providing exceptional service. She helped stage the home, provided recommendations, and made the sale a smooth transaction. She was always a phone call / text message away and could answer any questions I had. Taylor understands the market and will provide you with knowledge and expertise for any of your real estate needs. Thanks again.
